I have a WinTV but use DScaler with it, the caps come out better with DScaler and DScaler is free to download(but you still need to buy a capper)

Dscaler does not support all Cappers(example ATI All-in-wonder)

The Capper/TV Tuner should come with the Software :D

Try making the video clips through a program called Power VCR or a similar program that can handle clips and clip splicing. I had a hard time recording clips with DScaler. DScaler is really only for doing caps. But Dscaler makes caps clearer than most average programs like ATI TV Wonder. They still...
