I believe it is Simmons Beautyrest vuman. I never can seem to find when she is going to be on though.

I don't think the ShopNBC website list the vendors names on the program guide. Anyways, here is Char's Facebook link. It's set to private, but you can still see lots of pics of her there. :Tounge
