What were you doing when she was filming this commercial?
Were you eating cereal? going to the bathroom, sweeping the floor, having sex...?

I often wonder similar things... as I sit on the couch in the afternoon, perhaps I wonder what a famous actor or actress is doing this very minute. Maybe they're doing publicity. Maybe they're out on the town, maybe they're doing the same thing I'm doing. Whatever it was I was doing when this was filmed, Deanna was having more fun than I was, most likely. :P
