We've already had three hosts Brett, Robin and Connie announce they are leaving. I've also noticed According to the HSN guide, they are no longer live 2-7am and replaying the 12 AM show then. I wonder if this is going to become a permanent thing just like EVINE who is not live 2-8am? |

HSN has always flipflopped on the live overnight hours. some years they are live, some years they arent. |

I think HSN in particular, and TV-based home shopping in general is slowly bleeding to death. Surprised that Brett Chukkerman is leaving...such a young dude and hasn't been there that long (???). I blame Amazon. |

Makes one wonder if Val, Tina, and Denmon are also on the chopping block because they still have plenty of hosts to run overnights....Between me and the wall, if they axe Val (or Alyce), I'm done with them...already beyond aggravated about Connie leaving... |

Tina is eventually going on maternity leave so you would think that would lead to more hours for Val and Denmon, but it seems like HSN would rather run repeats. |

With QVC calling the shots now I fully expect several more hosts either quit or get whacked. QVC is all about an internet presence and if you work at HSN and only have 4k in likes on your page after 10+ years, your days are numbered. Alyce and Bobbi are both in their 60's. They don't meet the criteria listed above. Unless their sales numbers are through the roof I don't see them lasting. Colleen is in her 50's however she has a large following. Did you hear the the parent company of QVC missed their projections badly? And they just spent all the money to buyout the rest of HSN. |
