I Use IRFANVIEW (freeware) for most of my basic photo editing.
IRFANVIEW has a slideshow maker that will allow full resolution.
It does not have any fancy transition effects but does allow
the extraction of photos as jpegs to a file of your choice .
I really like XATSHOW but the freeware version will only allow
a maximum resolution of 640x480.
press the e key while playing to extract photos
