Maria Bartiromo’s FBN Show to Launch February 24

I'm a BIGTYME Gerri Willis fan so the one schedule change I saw that I love is she getting her old slot back!! Every since they started that Melissa show I had to pick between Gerri and Special Report...now it goes back to normal...for me at least!!

You can say that again regarding Liz, so glad those two hours will remain (mostly) unchanged.

But probably the worst move FBN did prior to Gerri Willis getting her own show was when Rebecca Diamond and Cody Willard had their immensely popular Happy Hour show get canned from the schedule in 2010.

The other good thing that comes out of this is that Melissa Francis should have ample time (barring any major event blocking most of Times Square) to pick up her kids from school.

Looks like the big loser in all this are Cheryl Casone and Dagen McDowell
But I'm more concerned with what will happen on FNC weekends
Maria is supposed to get a show on Sundays
Howard Kurtz already shook up the Sunday schedule and stole an hour from Shannon Bream
Maria for Jamie Colby would be a horrible tradeoff :Tantrum

Hopefully this move to FOX she'll start showing some cleavage like Liz Claman. Never saw any cleavage from Liz at CNBC until she came to FOX

Note what FBN Executive Vice President Kevin Magee said in the press release: “no further staffing changes are being considered with the elimination of Markets Now and the new overall programming format.”

Imus is a bitter old man, nothing like he was back in the 60's on WNBC when he was a radio DJ. It's long past time for him to follow in the footsteps of Leno and retire and leave it to a young woman to take over his spot.
