The fifth and final round of Sexiest Woman of 2012 is already underway, with the remaining ten finalists (including WWoW favorite Maria Menounos, who has FINALLY made it!!) plus Eva Longoria and Karina Smirnoff (advancing from the Second Chance Round) out to unseat Sarah Michelle Gellar for the title!!

Right now, Karina is leading followed by fellow Dancing With The Stars pro Kym Johnson and Menounos, while Cheryl Burke (in her fourth consecutive finals appearance) is untouched. Who will come out on top? VOTE AND FIND OUT!!!

As you can see, Maria had a very nice finish as runner-up in her first ever trip to the finals.

But congrats to Eva Longoria, whose 2012 was headlined with the end of Desperate Housewives, stumping for President Obama, and other post-Housewives stuff. And now with all those comes the biggest reward: SEXIEST WOMAN OF 2012!!!!!!!
