well if either shows weather forecasts that are after 4pm pacific i will look at them and no reality shows would be good |

The AccuWeather channel sounds promising. They do good podcasts on their website when bad weather is looming. As long as they don't do national weather cut-ins amidst reality show marathons then they should be fine. |

Weather systems sometimes change course quickly and unexpectedly. I don't envy the job of a meteorologist, although it does sound fascinating, when the public unfairly unleashes its wrath onto them. Part of the problem is that we the public are at fault for crappy forecasts. First we demanded 5 day forecasts, then 7, then 10 when the meteorologists know the accuracy is awful that far out. I remember one Boston area private weather company that gave away for free its forecasts beyond 3 or 4 days because they knew the accuracy wasn't that great. They were very upfront about it too.
