The popular Fox 32 Chicago weather meteorologist needs surgery on one of her shoulders, due to having a torn rotator cuff.

Yes, it sounds like your typical sports/athletics type injury.

This morning (Friday) was her last forecast and she plans to return sometime in late June.
Please send your thoughts and prayers to her Twitter and Facebook pages.

Hope she gets as much rest as she can. :Thumb
