Sounds like the real story was Ailes wanted a sexual relationship with her. Time for the he said vs she said deal.

Hopefully everything will work out for Gretchen.

I was just about to post it myself. I figured it'd be up already though. Apparently Ailes is a horndog and especially for Gretchen. There's comments in the media before about how he's commented on her from time to time and also how he has the women dressing and the like because he's so horny while watching the network everyday..

she's said before how definitely they have to wear dresses and such as the dress code and no pants and things like that previously in comments.

Doesn't surprise me then. Seems like thats why we get all these legshows..like they're
ordered from on high.

Both Doocy and Ailes should know better. Doocy is a married man so he should know better....I bet his wife is really happy to hear about this and as for Ailes if this is true he's her boss and especially as long as she's been there and with her rep everyone is gonna believe her and the first thing why he should know better she's longtime married with two or 3 kids...someone with her character NO WAY IN HELL would she cheat on her husband and destroy her family for no amount of money.

I hate it for her. She was one of my consistent all time favorites. I hate when they moved her show to where I couldn't see it every day.

The allegation against Doocy doesn't really involve him making passes at her as
much as it does acting like a jackass belittling her and making her feel inferior.

Between this and the fact Doozy's kid works in DC, and likely will be his successor, that tells you how much pull he has at Fox
There had been rumblings for years Gretchen didn't get along with Kilmeade and Doocy
Surprised to hear she had to take a pay cut
Sounds like she went the E.D. route
Also makes me wonder if EH left on her own

First thing I noticed, the suit is against Roger ONLY & Not Fox News. Usually if you are going for the bucks you also sue the company claiming they did nothing to stop it yada, yada, yada.

Also by filing against him only the case is in Bergen County. Bergen is not the most plaintiff friendly county. If she sued Fox the case would have been in NYC more plaintiff friendly. Didnt name Doocy either.

Seeing this dont seem to be about the money this is a direct shot at Roger. Either she wants to expose him as a class A Ahole, or this is a direct shot from the left trying to destroy Mr Fox News.

Also by naming Doocy's alleged antics she has put him in a bind. If its not true he can sue her a$$ off. If he doesnt sue he leaves the impression it is true. I know people will say "Not suing dont prove anything" BUT if I was accused of denigrating a woman co worker that is a Black Mark that does not just go away I am suing her all day long & going on every talk show calling her a liar. Doocy is put in a position of having to sue her to defend himself IF its not true.

Also I wonder if by not naming him her atty is going to call him as a hostile witness?

I wasnt there so I cant say they did or didnt do what she claimed I am just giving my 2 cents about the way the case looks.
