I say go for it........ I've seen plenty of employers who ignored the truly crazy actions and behaviors of employees - all while restricting the rights of everyone else |

I feel bad for both sides of the lawsuit. The station who probably still dealing with the effects of losing two of their people (on live TV believe it or not) and the person because she was shot because the shooter targeted the reporter and cameraman and those medical bills are expansive. The station can say hey we fired the guy two years before the incident. |
