The 'Today' show's Dylan Dreyer announced on Instagram that she and her husband of nearly 13 years, Brian Fichera, quietly separated. She says they plan to remain friends and co-parent their three, young sons together.

Similar to what Amy Robach did after divorcing Andrew Shue, she took down what looked like hundreds of Instagram posts.

And it was interesting to see that she did not want anyone to comment on that post from Friday.

Here is hoping that if she in fact does take some time off from the Today show to get her life straightened out. Just as important, it will be interesting to see how her three boys will be handling this very precarious situation. That is the most important thing, but it still sucks.
