Thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-2021, the sight of reporters appearing at home was all too common: Amy Robach from her home during GMA and GMA3 Ginger Zee doing the weather from her batcave Liz Claman doing her Countdown show from the first floor of her house And the best setup of all, Karl Ravech, Eduardo Perez, and Jessica Mendoza describing the KBO Baseball League as the cameras showed the action live from Seoul, South Korea at 5 a.m. Eastern time, the only live sports in the early days of the pandemic. It has been too common in fact that ESPN decided to push the envelope. A lot. I don't know about anyone here, but I find that very strange, since at first glance it looked like she was sitting on a posh jetliner on her way to some fashion show in Europe. But with Schefty getting a scoop while on the road, that's ratings gold IMHO. |

When was the last time Kyle Brandt appeared live in studio on Good Morning Football? He is the first host shown in the intro, but for the most part he's never there. And when he is on the program, it's either from his home or in a hotel room. |
