It was a close call for the Chiefs, but they will kick off the 2017 NFL Playoffs at home this Saturday. The Chiefs got off to an amazing start; beating the Patriots on the road on Opening Day and going on to a 5-0 start. After losing at home to Pittsburgh, the Chiefs began freefalling; losing six of seven and in danger of missing the playoffs, but they won their final four to take the AFC West. Their opponents, the Tennessee Titans, are an amazing story. They had not seen many postseasons since narrowly forcing OT in Super Bowl XXXIV, but with Marcus Mariota and DeMarco Murray, the Titans had a spectacular season--going 9-7 and locking in a playoff spot in the final week. This will be an amazing game, and I see the Chiefs squeaking by and advancing. Prediction: Chiefs by 4 #1 |
