The Tampa Bay Lightning appeared to have returned to form for the first time since reaching the Stanley Cup Final in 2015. Their 113 points were enough to give them only the Atlantic Division, but the top seed in the entire Eastern Conference, and their quest to capture their second Stanley Cup will begin with this meeting against the surging New Jersey Devils. The Devils are in the playoffs for the first time since reaching the Final in 2012, and they look to make some noise of their own. This will be a terrific series, but I just don't see the Devils getting past this experienced Tampa Bay team. Prediction: Lightning in 6 #1 |
