| Post subject: | NFC Divisional Playoff: Cowboys @ Rams |
Los Angeles represents one-quarter of this year's Elite Eight. We saw one team play last weekend, and the Divisional Playoff will give us the other LA franchise: the high powered Rams. The Rams are led by the elite running of Todd Gurley (my fantasy football MVP), as well as Jared Goff at QB and a defense consisting of Ndamukong Suh, Aqib Talib, and Aaron Donald. On the other side, the Dallas Cowboys are coming off a good season that saw them win the NFC East and also win their third playoff game since the 1995 season--which was the first season without an NFL team in Los Angeles. Both teams are strong, but I think the Rams have the edge here. I do love this matchup because it features the two best rushers in the league in Gurley and Ezekiel Elliott, but I do see LA getting past Dallas, not easily though. Prediction: Rams by 4 #1 |
