No temporary Internet files in Vista IE

In 98 and XP i get a ton of Crap but in Vista i get nothing or these two

GOLD_BRUSH_BKGND[1]

SamiCaptioning

But after i clear the temp i get my space back even if nothing was showing

looks more like issues with settings in IE than vista :Kool

Lets just hope Windows 7 is all its suppose to be.

I already tried the tricks on the Google and my Flash clips are not showing

This sucks that i have to use win 98 when i want get my flash clips :Boxing
