Wonder if this happened to anyone else. In the course of clicking on some Salma Hayek pics in one of the forums I was shot to the site with the pics. Cool. Can't remember what popups there were, or what other pics there were to click on cause I never do. After clicking on a couple of the Salma pics to zoom in my Norton antivirus popped up to say it blocked a Trojan. Still wasn't too worried as this has happened before with no problem. I continued on...then suddenly my browser went away. A second later a screen came up saying it was from the Dept. of Justice and my computer was blocked for viewing child pornography. No matter how I try to reboot will make this go away. It says I must pay a $300 fine to unlock my computer. Don't know if this is some kind of scam, the Dept. of Justice seal on the window looks official but that may not mean a thing. It also says it's now monitoring my system. I in no way have child porn on my system, but with what's been in the news lately you can understand me being a little paranoid. As it stands now I'm running a scan in safe mode just to see, but I don't know. Believe me, I am in no way blaming anyone for this. I've enjoyed the great work the cappers and contributors to this forum for quite some time. As I said if I get thrown to a picture site occassionally my antivirus will say it blocked something...no biggie. There may be oother adult ads or pics to click on but I never do. I'm just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I just hope I'm not out $300, and moreover, some guys in black suits knocking on my door wanting to look at my computer. |

It is a scam and your computer has been infected with the "FBI MoneyPak Virus". Do a Google search and you will find more about this and various methods and software to remove it. https://www.google.com/search?num=100&s ... Gal245cnvY |
