I can't get any TV-Capture WDM drivers to install their INF files. I have tried installing
the dirvers on the original CD, the newest drivers for Win Me, and the newest set for
Win98SE from ATI's Website. When I open ATI Multimedia PC Check...it tells me the
CAPTURE DEVICES INF files are not installed. I have tried everything ...installed in the
proper order,read ALL the release notes,and even tried the instalation of the capture
drivers on three clean installs of Windows. What am I missing?
What other programs can one suggest for making video clips that are free?
