i see the video thumbnails but the video screen is black

Do you use an Ad-Blocker? I was having the same issue, and disabled it on their website. Now I'm able to view their videos. |

On the Vista pc they don't play at all not even in safe mode on windows 10 pc they play only in safe mode if i just disable ABP nothing happensi have no problems on other websites

From what i can tell it's ad blockers that cause the black screen, they are forcing ads to get to the actual video clips now. This happened like a month ago and ad block plus managed to bypass the ads but fox changed something again and u are forced to watch the ads again. I'd wait a few weeks and try to play with ad blocker active and they might have it fixed again. |

They play on mine with adblockers enabled, but I keep getting "Network Error" on them and it stops playing. |

Update: the network errors I was having were because of some stuff that was running in the background. They are playing OK for me with ad blockers enabled. |

I still can't play the videos so i can't save them  but the commercial does play before the black screen
