Anyone have a suggestion about what brand or model mouse is "the best" out there, or something good? I bought a microsoft mouse with an optical trackball, 5 button controls and the damn trackball has stuck since day one. It's really annoying when trying to use Photoshop or anything requiring precise movement. It was only $20, but an upgrade over the basic mouse that came w/the computer. Only thing on it that i do like is the scroll button.

I have the Logitech MX 1000 Laser Mouse. Love it (although it's wireless since I can't stand wires, ).

I recommend the MX 518 or the G5 Laser if you're into a corded mouse or the MX 1000 if into the wireless.

I've tried many Microsoft Mice and have never had a good experience with them.

I'll look into your suggestions. Thanks BPM. This one actually strains my wrist. I have other Logitech product and it works for me, so i'll investigate.

I have a Compaq wireless mouse/keyboard combo. I love it but the mouse eats batteries.
