I'm not clear on what your problem is here. About half of the email I get each day [and I get a LOT of email] is spam of one type or another -- is this casino email you're asking about the ONLY spam you're getting, or are you particularly sensitive about casino stuff but ads for viagra, "male enhancement", lonely women, tied-up millions of dollars, phishing schemes of all types, etc, are OK?
If your problem is spam-in-general, then instead of screwing around with blocking addresses, which is an approach that is doomed to failure, I'd recommend using a good spam filter. I use
PopFile -- it trains very quickly, works very very well and is pretty much invisible once you get it set up.
