| Post subject: | Making animated gifs |
For those of you who make animated gifs, what program(s) do you use? I've looked up some tutorials and want to start making things to use for work-related things. Email blasts, webpages, myspace, etc. I tried a couple things with Photoshop, but to no avail. |

You might want to check out my old post here: http://wideworldofwomen.net/WWW/viewtopic.php?t=43997&highlight=imageready I have the exact same problem with ImageReady (which is the program you have to use to create GIF's - it is packaged with Photoshop). I pick up things quite easily but I simply have never been able to master the creation of GIF's within the program. Photoshop I have down, but not ImageReady. |

I'll give that a whirl, but oddly enough, after posting that, I decided to just play around with Photoshop until it worked. Actually turned out pretty good. I know there are other programs out there which have more control, so I'm going to keep looking and will read that post of yours too. |
