I don't think these are from too long back, though. Maybe 5 years max.
Natalie was a dark or medium brunette during her first stint at CNN from the 90's up to about 2002.

Then she went to MSNBC in '04 to '06 -

Apparently spent the time in between doing consulting work. 2006/2007. Looks to be when she tried a blonder look.
