Had this around for awhile - had to order it from Germany, lol. But all worth it to share with my WWoW buddies. Worth the read, enjoy.

*My theory is she considered a layout (probably clothed) for Playboy but decided differently otherwise. The photos of her are by a Playboy photographer but printed in Jezebel magazine (I found an email for this person and contacted them inquiring if they would sell the full photoshoot but never heard from them - I tried). I believe the original plan was to release the article along with a series of photos in Playboy. She literally refers to these specific stockings in the article. That is why I am posting them as a set together. Fun to imagine that was the original plan anyways. What could have been.*

As a longtime Playboy fan and subscriber, I knew all about this publication.

I am kind of surprised to had jump through many hoops, let alone find a contact all the way in Germany to find it.

Just a bit of background:

The original Playboy Catalogs were done by mail order. People would either call or send their orders by regular mail.

Back issues of the magazine dating back anywhere from 3 to 5 years, along with various Playboy Home Videos on VHS cassette and the always popular 'flats' or commonly known by myself and other loyal subscribers to the magazine as Special Editions.

The Special Edition you were referring to was exactly that. Lynne Russell talked about how she performed during HLN's heyday and her advice on what clothes make her feel sexy when not on the set .

And FYI--there were other themed editions, including one with clothed pictorials of Vanna White and TPIR's famous "Barker Beauty" Dian Parkinson in the nude .

Sadly, those issues ended in the early 2010's as Playboy turned to online subscription sites like the old time Playboy Cyber Club and in the last few years with the European run Playboy Plus.

My best advice in the future to boones and other fans, simply check eBay. There are tons of Special Editions there--from Playmates In Bed, Hot Housewives, Natural Beauties, you name it--they should have it.

btw - my roommate in college STOLE my dian parkinson mag - don't blame him but it was a serious crime 'against a bro', lol

She was on primarily in the evenings.
