I remember Mika saying that she wanted to run those steps in that Arena a few years ago. I'm glad she got the chance to finally do so,and I'm also glad that they shot such a cool video of her dedication to physical fitness. She is a beacon of health. It is an inspiring,and may I add extremely sexy clip. Props to Mika a.k.s Iron Woman. And props to Joe for providing a little comic relief with his Big Mac binge lol What an awesome video all around.

Wow, i dont remember that lol....ur memory is better than mine lol. And its true of her being the beacon of health; its made me want to do better for my health and well-being. Mika inspires me to get out more, eat better and even try running more. its better to get out and do different things than sit on my butt everyday, which is what i do but every other day, i'll vow to myself to run instead of sleep.

and yes she's actually named Iron Woman for now on lol. Mommy she may be when its called for it but not now with this video showing her sexy athlete side....;-)

Joe S must be blind...how else could he sit there for hours looking at this gorgeous body and not try to sneak a feel here and there.....this was almost too much temptation for a Monday AM...thanks for the caps....

Ethical reasons and the fact that they're both married makes its harder...lol if anyone tried, they'd get her hand upside the face...lol and yeah it's insane how gorgeous her body is. i mean, she could wear a pair of sweats and a tank-top and be sexy

I would be waay too distracted by both her legs, her breasts (subtlly, though) and as she walked off set, her booty (also subtly too...)

I give them both credit for keeping it clean...but what temptation....as you stated she is the total package...the real deal though she has worked very hard for all she has achieved....

True, and i guess its good that she focuses on her work ethic, but if she saw her true beauty, i mean aside from being a 43 year old Westchester housewife, then it would be easy to understand, but i see her the same way i've seen her and its her warmth, heart, and pure down-to-earth realness and its amazing to see her everyday on tv ;-)

Thanks mazz yeah I posted the vid clips earlier in this thread. And you're right, it's very rare we get to see Mika's wonderful legs unobstructed. But when we do it's a wonderful thing isn't it :Tasty
