Steph was on this AM from Cape Hatteras in advance of Hurricane Earl. I wish she would wear those snug fitting t- shirts on the regular broadcast and not in advance of problem weather. Maybe the Weather Channel should have a Stephanie, Heather Tesch, and Jen Carfagno water balloon fight wearing t-shirts!!
