She rarely showed this much leg in Philadelphia. I miss seeing her since moving away, so this is a real treat! :wow

She was at WDBJ7 in Roanoke, Virginia before moving up to Philadelphia and the big time. I miss Cecily too. :Tounge

I don't think Cecily gets the opportunity to show as much leg on Channel 6. I think they shoot most of the weather from the waist-up, but i'm glad we got to share her hotness to the rest of the country :)
