I was just introduced to this new addition to our fine group of Virginia newsbabes on Twitter by fellow newsbabe, and former WDBJ7 reporter Rachel DePompa. Sophia is a 2020 graduate from Mississippi State and she spent her senior year as a weekend meteorologist at WTVA in Tupelo, Miss.

I ran across her this week as well. I spend way too much time looking around for news babes. Anyway, its fun when you discover someone special like Sophia. Time to celebrate. |
