Is there anyway to get an mpeg file of this. The rar files will not extract or play on my system.

You're still a Mac user, right? Stuffit Expander will open the files. Make sure you have both files first.

No haven't had a mac since 2005. I have a duravbook laptop running windows XP Pro and now Shuffit on my PC didn't work it got about 10% of the way into the file and locked up..........

.rar files are compressed archive files, and in this case split archive. Use winrar or similar program to unpack the video. Also if you have questions about filetypes or anything technical, post it in the tech support forum. This has already been discussed there even recently, so check there first.
