Well, she was once quoted saying that she don't wear nothing under the pantyhose.

Of course, it's hard to believe. Not that I would expect it's true. Now, the proof is that she said that to raise public's interest in her crotch.

Honestly, she does know how to put on nice nude/skin toned hose at her age.

Meredith is clearly wearing hose so nothing is actually showing. I read or heard somewhere that Meredith does not wear underwear.
