On my Tv, its definitely an upskirt. If you notice at the bottom, there is a small white flash. Well she is wearing white panties. Its pretty clear for me. |

But I have watched it multiple times and it is an upskirt. her hand does cause a bit of a shadow but the white panties are seen pretty clearly. |
