Tracy talks with Don Van Staaveren, head winemaker at Bill Price's "Three Sticks" winery about creating Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays without crushing the grapes, a technique that's created some of the top wines in the area. Van Staaveren also creates special cookie recipes for each new wine release, to complement the flavor of the latest vintage.
