Stephanie is a bonafide LEGend. Her slender-yet-sexy legs are flexible enough to be twisted into all sorts of seductive positions, including her patented double leg-cross. She used to be an upskirt waiting to happen... that's why I'm so disappointed with her extra-conservative & thus far boring stint on the Today show. Except for one or two flashes of leggy brilliance, what initially seemed to have so much potential has been a big fat bust.
While covering the DNC in Philly, however, she returned to her old ways & showed us some vintage Ruhle.
