I'm a good friend with Mel on Facebook. She started out as a reporter at WSET in Lynchburg, VA. But then she left news for a brief time to work at a BMW dealership before joining KFBB ABC/Fox Montana as a reporter and weekend weather person. She pretty much did it all. Only able to watch the demo reel as FB said the other two links you sent were not able to be found....  Seems genuinely likable and a good choice to view...
