Yes, go with short hair...really liked it when she had it short in the back angled longer in the front....keep it straight

Oh yeah, I agree with this 100%. That hairstyle is easily one of the best ones she's ever alternated in and out of her look.

For me, it's either that hairstyle, or when she grows it out to shoulder-length and wears it straight or in a really tight ponytail. When she has her hair pulled back really tightly it helps her amazing eyes stand out even more.

Carmen looking very nice in that dark skirt-suit. For some reason, I think the heavy purple/black makeup she's wearing plays a lot into it, she gives off a sort of "James Bond villain" type of vibe to me with that whole look.
