What news channel is knows for the skirts. ms is desks, cnn I dont see much other than Brooke & Brooke may have skirts but she aint posting the pics. Jed & And are about the same age as Jen I think.

I looked it up and you're right about the age thing. I just didn't get what else you got out of it.

Her quote says "other women on TV" and "Some women feel they need to dress and look like porn stars to make it on TV." She did not say "Other women on cable news." So she very well may have been referring to local TV news (where lots of women do dress pretty provocatively) or maybe even sitcoms and reality TV. I don't think you can possibly discern who she is targeting when making those comments. I don't see how she could possibly have gotten her point across any more effectively without calling any specific person out.

Sitcoms and reality shows have a different standard than a news channel. Cleavage and very short dresses are expected there, not really appropriate when talking about ISIS and the Presidential campaign. The joke was about women on a cable news channel, so it's not a stretch to think that is what Jenna was talking about.

It's not a stretch, but I don't think anyone but Jenna can say for sure who she was referring to. Her message as a whole discussed the examples women on TV set for young girls, so it's also not a stretch to think she was taking about the TV medium as a whole. It looks like a deliberately vague reference.

At any rate, I don't think there's a way anyone can say she definitely was referring to her Fox News colleagues.

I noticed Elisabeth Hasselbeck has worn all her long dresses since this happened. I hope it's all a coincidence but it doesnt look like it

If there are any changes I doubt they have anything to do with the Conan sketch
For example, Ainsley quit wearing low cut dresses some time ago and hasn't worn a miniskirt in more than a year
I think that has more to do with the fact she just turned 39!!! and will be a mother in six weeks

That joke was crude and uncalled using Jenna who dresses conservative by any standard(The picture he used of her made think of an ad for ice cream or at the worst a feminine hygiene product), Now there are some on Fox News who you would swear is using their body over talent for ratings(Like Bill O'Reilly ) .

Jenna or none of the anchors should take Conan serious the man is B talent(He is the same one who thought it was entertaining to watch him spin his wedding ring on his desk every night for a while), he lost The Tonight Show in less then a year due the drastic drop in ratings and Leno had to come back in to salvage it.
