I've watched just about every episode of Red Eye I could over ten years, even when I was taping it on a VCR and capping the next day. I don't really understand the people who are glad to see it canceled. It's not like Fox News will put anything else like it on. What I liked about Red Eye is that there were good leg views the whole time and the content of the show was entertaining enough that I could watch it. A show like Outnumbered might be a better leg show, but it's boring as hell to actually listen to.

Red Eye constantly reinvented itself. Some shows or gags might not work, but they'll be replaced by different ones after a while. They've had hundreds of different women on. Some were favorites like Dagen and then there were new guests like Cathy Areu. I guess I get an hour back every night now, because the alternatives (Kennedy, Greg Gutfeld) are just no fun.

Agreed - 100 % - if for no other reason than to do the rap intros one final time (in the blue dress, of course)...

RIP Red Eye....

...with Julie Banderas as her wingman (wing-woman?) so she and Greg could "bury the hatchet (was there one to bury?) and letting the show go in peace.

Fox killed the show when instead of having their newswomen on they had no name comediennes & fringe commentators.

The show taped at 5PM not 3AM. You are telling me you couldnt rotate most of the women ( slack given to morning shifters) once a month with all the women of FNC & FBN & even throw in a guest from the local fox 5?

Red Eye taped around 8:30 pm Eastern time. I think a lot of the anchors stopped going on if they felt like they might say something wrong or no one was watching. Julie Banderas stayed away for years,probably because of that gay schtick her fiancée pulled on Halloween. Some of the Fox anchors were better panelists than others. Lori Rothman was on quite a bit, also Dagen, Hitha Herzog and Kirsten Haglund

You have a point about the women of Fox. Fox can't really make them do Red Eye unless they paid them and Tom usually had the decision of who he wanted on. I sort of wonder if the leg chair is something the Murdoch regime is trying to get rid of. Red Eye was the one show to acknowledge it.

Didn't Julie Banderas make another appearance on the show not too long ago (like within the last 2 years)? I thought she did.

Actually, about 5 years ago was her last appearance. Before that, she didn't do the show between 2009 and 2011.
