Has anybody noticed that Elisabeth since joining Fox and Friends has been dressing more conservative than she did on The View? I noticed she wears more conservative dresses and has not once wore hose or tights not even during the now Fall Season. On The View she wore much shorter skirts and always wore hose or tights during the Fall and Winter Seasons or at least most of the time she did and now nothing. This just had me thinking about it because Elisabeth looks great in any kind of hosiery and I would love to see it on Fox considering she usually shows major leg on the couch.

F&F seems to have a no hose policy,

I don't think she used to wear hose that often, but I'm not sure since I'm not a hose aficionado. And while her clothes are a little longer now, she never wear pants anymore, which she did frequently on The View.

She was never in pantyhose much on The View. It was always some variation of more to less shear tights.
Some of her outfits on The View are not going to be appropriate for a news channel.
Overall most of her dresses and skirts have not been that long.

It's what the show, network, producers want. The wardrobe is selected or reviewed by them. Just like it was on The View as well. The View was more casual and laid back. But Fox News is more professional. So Elisabeth is not going to be wearing the exact same things. Especially if the clothes she wore on The View were bought for the show by ABC so Elisabeth never owned them so she didn't take it with her when she left.

The short skirts and dresses you see on F&F are not all that professional. Elisabeth wore pants and long skirts quite often on The View, neither of which you're likely to see on Fox News.

The no pants appears to be a FNC/FBN policy(except for Greta). Along with the no hosiery on F&F.

Love the no hosiery policy! These sexy women flaunting their sexy, smooth, shapely tanned legs is awesome! That's why I have a no pants policy when I watch!

They really have a no boots policy. I feel bad for Maria Molina, having to go outside with nothing on her legs.

I didn't know about the no boots policy, I finally understand now why SE Cupp is no longer on Fox

I don't know about a no hose policy as Patti Ann Browne always wears hose and Jamie Colby frequently wears them also. It could be a preference for different anchors and some don't like to wear hose, I just know Elisabeth wore more sheer tights or hose on The View.
I have several episodes recorded where she is wearing shorter skirts and dresses with fishnets, hose and sheer tights and usually during the fall season she would break out the hosiery.

I don't mind the no boots policy or maybe on occasion. Robin Meade, who I adore, got into a boot craze and seemed to wear them almost each day on the set. To me that look got old. As for Elisabeth the OP is right. Her wardrobe is blah and the bare legs look sucks. I think she has gotten too skinny btw. Still a very pretty girl but would like to see some hose or stockings.

Whew!! can't imagine it any other way.

Red Eye is the only boot zone. That's were Jedediah Bila occasionally breaks out her thigh highs.

Martha & Jenna also wear hose almost daily this time of year. Andrea and Alisyn wear them on occasion. Kimberly seems like she wears hose all year long.

Other ladies like Gretchen, Anna, Ainsley or the Heathers seem like they never wear them at all. So it really does seem to be just personal preference.

But is it a coincidence that Gretchen, Anna, Ainsley, the Heathers, and Elisabeth are all F&F hosts? There might be a person in charge of wardrobe specifically for F&F and F&FF who just doesn't like hose .

A few years ago, Ainsley was hosting F&F and explained why she doesn't wear hose
She had a nylon stocking in her hand and held it up and it had a big run in it with a hole where the big toe would be
Of course, when you have legs like Ainsley's you don't need to wear hose

Jenna in black hose or tights today. I'm guessing tights as they are dark and not that shear though the lighting is better from the interview area.

As far as the hose go, on F&F and F&FF, no one ever wears hose...ever, except Simonetti now that she stands for her segments. Now personally, I've heard that the aforementioned broads (Ainsley, Heather N., Heather C., Lauren and even Hasselbeck now) smooth their legs down with babyoil before they go on air. I'm a fan of the no hose policy and I can definitely see that some of the broads legs are smooth and shiny as hell. Just look at Ainsley. No way in hell that she doesn't put babyoil on those luscious legs. She's probably got the smoothest, shiniest legs of any of them.

Back when they used to show the F&F crew getting ready before the show while O'Reilly read his letters, they caught a shot of Ainsley and Heather N oiling their legs before the show
