I had to use putlocker because mediafire and zippyshare have a 200 mb limit.
When downloading from putlocker:

Don't click "Download Now" but click "Continue as Free User"


Again, don't click "Download Now" at the top of the next page.


Scroll to the bottom and click "Download File"


Clicking the "Download Now" buttons will download their downloader, an exe file. Almost every filehost is doing this now, you'll end up with a different download manager for every host.

I use http://mirrorcreator.com you can add upload once and they upload to 10 file hosts with some having limits of 400mb and the downloader can choose the site.

best ones in order are
zippyshare
gamefront
megashares
sendmyway

some sites have a checkmark where they force you to use their downloader, if you uncheck it then you will get the video file. always hover over links to see if you are downloading an exe or video file

Yeah, zippy is the best and I rarely have files over their 200 MB limit.
