Instead if getting rid of her, how about getting rid of him. She is only reason I bother tuning into that shiw these days.

What a douche! He left ABC thinking he would lead a successful morning show and probably thought new day ratings would beat fox and friend just because he's Chris bad word cuomo. Now that they get HORRIBLE ratings he wants to blame Kate? Hey Chris, it's you that no one likes.

If true I hope Zucker told Cuomo that whether or not Kate Bolduan is a "good fit" is not for him to decide and unless Kate broke a CNN employee rule then he needs to give it time to work.

As I see it, the problem isn't the hosts.....it's the content. People these days absorb the headlines by turning their computer on in the morning and perusing the internet. I give props to CNN to sticking to their brand but it's obviously not working and Kate Bolduan is not the problem. They need to re-tool the structure of the show.

How about get rid of him and replace him with Brianna, Lynn, or other female. Have an all female morning show (unlikely but that would be nice).

Holy crap. This is ridiculous. The only thing that caught my attention about the show in the first place is the fact that Kate Bolduan is one of the most attractive women on television.

My excitement about the show quickly faded when I saw that enormous bottom of screen banner. That thing eats entirely too much screen real estate. The other thing that ruins New Day for me is how middle of the road/politically correct/CNN they are about most issues/stories. Its like wanting and needing a good cup of real coffee and some jerk handing you decaf.

Man I would love to see behind the scenes fights if this story is real.

That's pretty funny considering Cuomo has been the problem since day 1! Anyone with a degree in journalism can do what he does at CNN and not come off looking like a total pickle while doing it....

Yeah, he comes off to me as a phony. From the few shows I watched when the show started he would end every interview with "thank you, friend." Some could say he's just trying to be nice but he sounded like a politician, not an anchor of a news show.

Cuomo was better on 60 minutes confronting people.

Yeah, this is probably what they'll do and the ratings won't change a bit.

That said, I wonder if Zucker will make another pitch to Erin Burnett. Don Lemon has done a very good job in her time slot.

I still think it's the format and the content (not enough people interested in a straight news show in the AM) but who knows. Either way Kate Bolduan is not the problem.

She isn't the problem as has been stated. Most watchable of the bunch unless they are doing the weather.

But what can you expect from leadership that cant garner more than 78000 for their daytime shows. HLN even beats them. :lol:
