Yeah because the network isn't rated by Nielsen so ratings wasn't an issue. Sounded like it the show was cancelled because Doug is having his own radio/TV show soon and Allie is going to be a sideline reporter for the top SEC game on CBS so both of them on gigs waiting for them. It's a shame CBSSN couldn't continue with new talent like said Nicole Zaloumis. I know the show had a habit of airing one week and not on the air the next week.

I'm not 100% sure that Nicole didn't quit NFLAM. I couldn't see her wanting to go from one crazy shift to another. I could see her taking her time before returning to television.

I guess Ally will become CBS's version of Erin Andrews. I wonder how she'll like being newlywed that is away from home during her husband's off season?

Her skirts were so short that the huge chair blocked them out most night. I doubt we'll see outfits like that on the sidelines in Baton Rouge.

No Lead Off.

Charissa Thompson on vacation.

Late SportsCenter is a total sausage fest of nearly day old news.

The pickings for late night sports shows are very slim these days.

I'm not sure what happened with Nicole. I know she missed three weeks before coming on air briefly. One hand maybe you do have a point but other hand I still think she use those three weeks to think and maybe she decide to leave and NFL Network used that time to find replacements (though they can have hired Molly or Michelle as co-host). Unless she comes out and says what actually happened, we're just guessing. Plus I believe she was a part of the show's success and I doubt the NFL network would have forced Nicole out especially for untested talent. I agree with Allie Laforce and her sideline wardrobe will be different than her studio wardrobe but she does have experience with sideline reporting. We might see her wear a dress or skirt in the beginning of the season (some female reporters have) but by mid to late October or whenever the temps go down through the rest of the season it would be pants. Then again is she all pants during her sideline reporting. I agree late night sports is down now with no Leadoff, no female SportsCenter West anchors (yet), and I don't bother with FSL because I don't know when CT would be now. Well there's Heidi Watney on Quick Pitch on MLB Network but not until 1 AM.
