The Internet Archive offers complete episodes of many news programmes, however, split into 1-minute clips, that can easily be downloaded, though, with the right tools. (Happy to help in this case!) Also, not each episode seems to be available (immediately), but anyway... it's worth the try.

Note at the beginning that her hands were going towards the end of the skirt. Clutching it a little. Anyway, nice views at 1:24 or so, 2:58, 3:33, nice upclose views of Olivia in the 4th minute and then two full views at 5:14 and then at 6:12 with the skirt over the knee.

There is no need to jump through hoops on external web archive sites, only to end up with disappointing LQ 360p content. Nearly 100% of Bloomberg content is posted on the official website in high quality (HD 720p 2,400 Kbps) -- and, better yet, ticker-free -- video the same day it aired, usually within a couple of hours. "Nearly" as in pretty much everything but intros, outros and transitions.

Olivia's crazy dress hem play in 3 acts -- conspicuously over the knee, suddenly above the knee and gradually riding higher and higher on her thighs, even more conspicuously OTK again -- took place last Thursday the 25th, on In the Loop between 9:26 - 9:36 am ET:
