I am REALLY bummed. Was so looking forward to her using the new AM Express set. Can only hope she lands where we can see her again. Guess you cant blame her though, she seemed under used and under appreciated.

Too bad. I liked Susan.

OK I think I got that out of my system. I knew that was going to happen though maybe there was a outside chance she was going to stay to a sub anchor for Lynn and possibly Robin or if there was breaking news. I don't like that social media news crap they have now. If anything the Daily Share should be on 5 to 7 (or 5 to 8 and say Bye-Bye to Nancy Grace) and REAL NEWS should be noon to five but I don't get a said sadly. Also I think she's engaged to Joe Carter, former sports guy on HLN. Excuse me.

Man, that's a shame.
I suppose that also explains why she hasn't been as active as much on social media as of late, nor why she wasn't seen milling about the new set for photos on Tuesday. Well, I wish her well on her engagement and her new direction in life.

Saw this coming months ago. When the networks tend to never use people and hire replacements for them even months in advance, they tend to go find somewhere else to work.

Something went wrong with Susan and HLN when On The Case ended, almost like when Gerri Wills left after her show Issue Number 1 was canned off CNN, but honestly I thought HLN was almost done until Zucker was unhappy with companies trying to buy it. Those 6 hours of the daily share are crap, but at least now Christi and Lynn do the show and in a better set. But it repeats the hours too much.

Susan at least outlasted Catherine Calloway, Kathleen Kennedy, Richelle Caray, Vinnie Politan, Jane Velez, Chuck Roberts, A. J. Hammer, Brooke Anderson, Linda Stouffer, Virginia Cha and others. People who left since 2007. They had a massive purge sometime back around 06. I can't recall everyone that was on HLN as they all left. But I can say it also had another massive purge in 2002. And that was when one of my favorites left Toria Tolley. Andrea Thompson only lasted two or three years after she was around. Holly Firfer left and came back as a freelancer then left again. Now is used as a reporter whenever HLN or CNN needs her.

Especially during like Mid-November to the new year when you thinking that HLN would have given Yasmin a break and put Susan in her place but that didn't happened and the only time she was on air at least on HLN was when she filled Robin and Lynn after Christmas. I know she made appearances on AC360 and did health reports including one last Thursday the 8th. When I saw Christi and Lynn on the Daily Share I admit I was upset (nothing against Christi and Lynn) I'm sure if HLN allowed Susan to host at the Daily Share maybe she would have stayed. Then again, I know it says she was the one that didn't renew her contract and running a company with her fiancé and co-founder and former HLN talent himself Joe Carter. So can't blame CNN/HLN fully and I can't blame Susan either because she running a business which can be freaking awesome especially if it's very successful. I agree the Daily Share is crap and if anything I wish it was on 5-7 PM like Prime News was back in the day and bring back HLN Now from Noon to 4 or 5. It's sad some networks would rather save money on these old or reality program than have actually news and/or weather updates. I wonder what's going to happen if there's breaking news, I know I don't want to see the Daily Share if breaking news happens.

Does HLN even cover breaking news anymore? I don't even consider HLN a "news" channel as it is now. I haven't gone there for news since 2011. But that's a discussion I'll leave for a seperate topic...

And I agree with you and BrettFan; The Daily Share is terrible, however I do record the show everyday just to see if Christi or Lynn is on (I just fast forward through the recording).

I'll give the Daily Share this, they do have Yasmin who started wearing dress and/or skirts a few months ago but only in black hose (though I know some of y'all like that) and Melissa Knowles might make a daily appearance and of course a chance of seeing Lynn and Christi like on Friday.

Looks like a match made on CougarLife........ I wonder if Hencar will accept a request for Hot Hendricks Videos??? That would sell.......

I wonder if she'll be on Shark Tank though I think she has connections that could help her and Joe before they on that show.

Sad part about this was I believe I posted this when Zucker at first thought about having anyone from CNN/HLN Atlanta to move to New York that I thought Christi Paul would have been the odd woman out of all the HLN ladies and Susan safe. Susan with her family in Jersey where she's from and having one kid vs three young kids that Christi has. Now Christi is still CNN and still in the ATL with her co-anchor Victor Blackwell and Fredricka Whitfield which I surprised because I thought CNN as a whole as going to New York since Brooke and Carol (?) are. Guessing the weekends are for now staying in Atlanta. Also I know 2002 to 2003 (maybe 2004) that Susan was on HLN then left for some news channel for Direct TV in LA then came back for HLN at 2005 until early this year.
