I don't think Natasha's really "ended up" anywhere as of yet.
You see in the caps that this stint on Access Hollywood was back in July last summer.

There's no indication that she's done any more than a few fill-ins there since then.
And she's also done some sitting in on the syndicated "Dish Nation" show from time to time.
These things and some filling in on an FM station in her hometown Seattle
really indicate she's more of a stay at home mom these days who does some
freelancing when something pops up.

She also doesn't list anything current on her Twitter, either.
