Thanks to Gabriel Sherman's book on Ailes, we know what he thought of Andrea:

"The leg?" I get what he's saying, but he could have been more complimentary to her than citing a limb.

I think Fox needs her more than she needs Fox. Those legs are screaming look at me and I oblige

that might be true. but will someone come back to company if not allowed to speak her mind way she wants too. for some reason fox did not like fact she spoke her mind. and was not what they want to hear. for some reason fox only want few people that work for that company to speak there mind and can get away with it. if some can not be them self where they work might not be best place for person to be at. since cause other issue.

Yeah but its been a long time now...damn how much longer can her NDA be? Its like she's fallen off the face of the earth!

I believer we have seen the last of Andrea at FNC or FNB. I don't know if anyone else would want her or that she fits anywhere else. Outnumbered is a very unique show where you have to be able to jump in on anything that comes up. I don't see Andres accepting a news reader position or anything similar. I don't know of any other show except the "View" that is structured like Outnumbered. JMO.

I like to know if she'll defend or attack Alies.

A new month starts Monday. Anyone know how these contracts are structured ie start at beginning of month or anytime? This has got to be more than a contract dispute.

we will have to wait bit. since bloke step down and have new person in charge. he has huge mess to clean up and with election year going go to be awhile since has to many thing on his plate.

I have noticed that she hasn't posted her pictures on Instagram like she did last summer. Makes me think this is something physical. Hope I am wrong

Wow, that's terrible. The article didn't mention whether or not she is filing a lawsuit - maybe they are looking to settle her current contract with extra $$ for what was going on.

I've never been a fan of Andrea's opinions, but I commend her heartily for standing up to Ailes with his disgusting demands for twirls and hugs and the rest of it and then coming forward to make it public. Fox is likely full of crap about the "not vetting the book" reason for her suspension.

The thing about the book that I don't understand is that Harper Collins published the book and they are owned by Fox, so it's not as if they were trying to get info. about a book from an independent 3rd party. But then again, her suspension did align with the release of her book so who knows.

Here's another article from Buzzfeed which alleges that there are 4 other individuals at Fox who harassed Tantaros in one way or another -

"The four-page letter was made available to be reviewed by BuzzFeed News, and read in its entirety, on the condition that it not be published. In the March 16 letter, Tantaros through her lawyer accused by name four Fox News male personalities — two on-air contributors, a correspondent, and a host — of inappropriate behavior.

Tantaros also alleged that she was receiving threatening tweets that she believed were from a Fox news colleague. In the letter, Tantaros’ lawyer claims Fox News was not taking those threats seriously and were putting her life in danger by allowing unauthorized access to the studio."

Apparently all of the legal wrangling started before she was "suspended." For the sake of clarity, the report of being harassed by 4 male colleagues came a month or two before she was suspended for her book. The stuff with Ailes supposedly took place well before that.

Andrea's contract with Fox ends a year from now so they will have to figure out how all that gets settled.

yeah i think there's more to the andrea story. definitely something related to her book as well.
