Well the question is why is happening?
Is it a case of just the channel owner himself doing it
on his own accord, or YouTube making him do it, and is
it based on the video content itself, or the comments that
get made afterward?

If it's got something to do with the comments, he
certainly has the ability to edit them out.

I think he might have done it on his own because youtube was gonna do it if he didn't. They're very scattershot about what they pick to be behind Age guidelines and what isn't. Porn is on youtube and you can find it without it being restricted and the like like that but simple stuff like shoe dangling, leg clips, pantyhose leg clips, stocking leg clips and the like like the channel I put a link to here months ago Legslavish..are behind depending on the clip Age Restricted walls. Very un-even enforcement. No nudity to be seen in legslavish clips at all really, just gorgeous British girls trying on hose and stockings and a certain models clips were considered too sexy so they put them behind a pay wall till it go so bad now 95% of hers can only be seen on their pay service exclusive site now. Ri DAMN diculous!!
