My suggestion would be Molly McGrath. She's a favorite to replace Ponder. My other suggestions are Laura Rutledge, Maria Taylor, and Olivia Harlan. They're wild cards IMO.

Good choices, I add Jen Lada to the list especially depending on what ESPN decides to do with Greeny (Mike Greenburg).

At least, I catch up sometime on YouTube.
Too busy doing other things to watch live.

But you are right, unlike during the CBS heyday of Brent Musburger, Irv Cross, and Jimmy "The Greek" Snyder, the days of sitting through NFL pregame shows ended for me in 1989.
