This is the 2nd time I have asked this question, I hope somebody can help.

What is the best freeware or shareware program (next to Imagegrabber II) to help me get Vid Caps from a mpeg or streaming video.

Is a good program that lets you do a lot of different things, and is free!

If you've bought a DVD drive for your computer, odds are you've gotten some software with it... (PowerDVD) for example.

These programs have screencapping bits programmed in.

As for streaming, I asked the question as well, and I was given a few options, which all required non-free software.

I'd google the whole screencapping streams thing, you might learn a lot.
