F&FF new co-host

I was duly informed by sparty that Clayton Morris (M-Tu) and Abby Huntsman (We-F) are acting co-hosts with Heather Childers on Fox and Friends First. Considering that Clayton and Abby are also F&Fweekend hosts, that's a lot of overtime to be clocking.

Anybody got any candidates to be Ms. Childers' permanent replacement, as well as what would piss you off as to what FNC would do?

I vote the Notorious PAB, she's due for a return to the spotlight.

...and I would be mad as hell if I turned on to F&FF to see them put two openly gay dudes in as permanent anchors.

My dream pairing would be Heather C and Lea Gabrielle but Lea hasn't hosted F&FF in more than a year :Doh

Failing that, Jackie Ibanez should be paired with Heather C :shades

However, I suspect they want to pair Heather C with a dude :Tantrum

Sadly enough you are often right but this time again really hope you are wrong.

The hosts aside, this show seems like a shell of what it was a few years ago when they brought it back. The shots of the anchors a lot tighter now and far too brief.

But anyway, I'd like to see Jackie Ibanez get a bump from doing overnights to becoming a host.

Sadly, it looks like I was right
This is the second consecutive week Clayton and Abby have not appeared
Every show has been done by Heather C and Rob Schmitt
There has been no announcement by Fox
Interestingly, Schmitt's bio cannot be found on the FNC web site
That leaves the only spot unsettled at 2 p.m., where Sandra Smith and Melissa Francis seemingly have a time share

The bio may not be found at Fox News but the day he first appeared on the channel I read some presser about him joining from some station in New York City. But he came only a few years ago from another market.
